Do you have a body mass index (BMI) above 25 and an increased waist circumference* another condition related to obesity?  You can visit your GP practice to discuss your interest to join our lifestyle program. Most doctors and/or GP practice nurses can find us via their referral system. If they cannot find us, the referral letter can be submitted by mail to gli@ancora.health.

* For women this is 88 cm or more. For men this is 102 cm or more.
