Be sure to wear light sports clothes with layers you can easily remove. Keep in mind the body weight measurements are best done in underwear (extra weight from clothing counts as body fat). Also, you will be doing the performance test on an exercise bike: wear gym shorts and shoes you are comfortable sweating in.
