We will set up an Ancora user account for you. After receiving your log-in credentials, fill out a questionnaire about your health and lifestyle, and give us your consent to proceed with the program.

Schedule an online ‘meet and greet’ where we will explain more about the program and make sure SLIMMER powered by Ancora is right for you.

Intensive coaching and lifestyle change

Weekly: group coaching video calls and online chat

An enjoyable part of the program, group coaching sessions guide you on topics such as food and physical activity. Together with other participants, get advice from experts and inspiration from each other.

  Your commitment

  • Join at least 20 22 of the 26 online group sessions during the first 6 months
  • Share your progresssuccesses.
  • Be helpful to your group mates.

Monthly: individual coaching video calls

Every month, catch up with your coach for a one-on-one session to review your progress.

  Your commitment

  • Ask for advice.
  • Be open and honest with your coach.
  • Act on your coach’s advice – remember, you are in the driving seat!

Embark on a plan to improve your nutrition, physical activity, sleep and mental wellbeing.

Commitment needed

 

  • Set your own personal action plan yourself.
  • Track your weight, waist circumference and steps in the Ancora mobile app at regular intervals (decide the frequency together with your coach).
  • Consider joining activities happening in your local area, such as walking groups.
  • Answer a questionnaire after 6 months to review your progress.

Every day: lifestyle change

Use the chat forum to connect with your fellow group members at any time whenever you want inspiration, advice and guidance. In addition, you will have two more group video calls during months 7-12.
